ONTRAM Inc. is the US subsidiary of the privately-owned software company Andrä AG. Andrä AG was founded in 1999 by software industry veteran Sven Christian Andrä as a provider of translation management systems designed for high-performance, enterprise-class needs. Early customers included Mercedes-Benz, Bosch, and Raytheon, providing us with over a decade of experience and a strong foundation for the company in meeting the needs of large organizations. In the context of export driven and very demanding, high-tech enterprise customers the company formed its core corporate culture:
A clear focus on our software, goals based on customer collaboration and customer success, and a strong passion for openness and transparency, German engineering, and sustainable growth.
In 2008 the company introduced its flagship product ONTRAM. It is a powerful, scalable J2EE software for localization of product, Web, software resources and other content types. It combines 10 years of experience in enterprise translation management technology with a state of the art codebase and platform.
In our main development facility in Berlin a team of more than 40 experienced Engineers, QA staff and Support specialists are dedicated to make ONTRAM a global success.
The development process follows an agile model. Short development cycles and integration of quality assurance in the development process through test-driven development provide for an ideal combination of highest quality and flexibility.
Today ONTRAM is being used by thousands of users, and the company remains true to its founding ideals.
